Ground Beef and Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up smaller than they come in the can
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Add to skillet the stewed tomatoes and the tomato sauce. Stir well.
  • Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a low simmer. Let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • While meat is cooking, cook noodles according to package directions
  • To serve, place 1 cup noodles on plate and top with 1/4 of the meat mixture.
