ketchup

Instructions
In a skillet, heat olive oil.
Dredge ribs in flour
Brown in oil until well browned
Place in a casserole dish
In a small bowl, mix onion, ketchup, salt, pepper and thyme. Pour over ribs
Bake covered at 300° for 1.5 hours.
Remove ribs to a platter, put pan juices/sauce in a small saucepan, bring to a boil.
Mix 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp water together. Add to pan juices to thicken
Serve ribs with gravy
