Ingredients

cooked, diced boneless, skinless chicken breast

mayo

celery, diced

rice, cooked

lemon juice

eggs, hard boiled
10.5 oz

cream of chicken soup(or homemade - recipe under "mixes" in the recipe section)

onion, grated

salt

cup
corn flakes, crushed

Tbsp
butter, melted
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except cornflakes and butter.
Pour into a 9x13 casserole that has been sprayed with non stick spray
Mix crushed cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle over casserole
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
