Joan, do you actually use 2 packages of the salad dressing mix? The recipe on Skinny Kitchen’s site uses only 1 and 1 seems to be more consistent with the directions on the mix package.

How long will this dressing keep in the fridge? Going to make it for supper tonight and will have a lot left over.
