Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 stalk celery, cut in 3-inch pieces
- 2 pounds unpeeled, fresh shrimp (if using frozen, defrost)
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; add shrimp
- Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink
- Drain well; rinse with cold water
- Chill, Peel and devein shrimp
- Serve with cocktail sauce if desired.
