Ground Beef and Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up smaller than they come in the can
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 8 oz egg noodles
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Add to skillet the stewed tomatoes and the tomato sauce. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a low simmer. Let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While meat is cooking, cook noodles according to package directions
- To serve, place 1 cup noodles on plate and top with 1/4 of the meat mixture.
