Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
Method
In a large skillet, heat olive oil
Add cooked rice to hot skillet and stir.
Add cumin and taco seasoning and salt and pepper. Add rotel.
Turn heat to low, let cook 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve.
