Joseph's Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp snipped chives
  • 1/2 tsp instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups cubed potatoes, cooked

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir cheese to melt. Blend in milk. Stir in chives, onion and salt.
  2. Mash potatoes slightly with masher or fork.
  3. Add potatoes to cheese mixture and stir well.
  4. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
