Caesar Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2/3 cup crushed caesar seasoned croutons
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 3 or 4 strips each (depending on size of breasts)
  2. In a plastic bag, make marinade by mixing together olive oil, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°.
  5. On a shallow plate, mix crushed croutons and parmesan cheese.
  6. Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper or grease the pan.
  7. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade
  8. Add chicken, one piece at a time, to the crouton mixture, dredging to coat.
  9. Place chicken on the baking pan. Drizzle reserved marinade over the chicken.
  10. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
