Caesar Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2/3 cup crushed caesar seasoned croutons
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken breasts into 3 or 4 strips each (depending on size of breasts)
  • In a plastic bag, make marinade by mixing together olive oil, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • On a shallow plate, mix crushed croutons and parmesan cheese.
  • Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper or grease the pan.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade
  • Add chicken, one piece at a time, to the crouton mixture, dredging to coat.
  • Place chicken on the baking pan. Drizzle reserved marinade over the chicken.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
