Berry Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh berries - slice larger berries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until oats are tender and the mixture is set.
  4. Serve immediately with a splash of milk or cool and refrigerate to reheat later
