Ingredients
  

Beer Bread Mix

  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp sugar

Additional ingredients

  • 1 12 oz beer
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions
 

To make mix

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
  • Store in an airtight container if not using right away

To make bread

  • Mix beer bread mix with beer. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix
  • Spread in a greased loaf pan.
  • Pour melted butter on top of dough
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350.
