Spray a 15x10 inch baking sheet with non stick spray. Roll out the dough evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake crust for 8-9 minutes. Remove from oven
While crust is baking, make sauce.
Sauce
Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan
Cook the sauce over medium-high heat until it boils
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
It is ready to use. Can be frozen
Assembly
Once the crust is out of the oven, spread desired amount of sauce over crust
Top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella and any additional toppings.
Return to oven and bake 12-14 minutes longer - until cheese is melted
Let stand 5 minutes so cheese can set.
Cut into 16 servings.
Notes
**Instant dry yeast is yeast that can be mixed right with the dry ingredients, it does not have to be proofed - one brand is SAF, but I believe all the "big" yeast brands sell it to - just look for INSTANT on the package.If you are not using instant yeast, you should add it to the warm (115 degreees) water and let sit and bubble for about 10 minutes and then add it to the dry ingredents.
