potatoes
peeled, cubed and cooked

Tbsp
butter
1/3
cup
milk
1
pound
ground beef
1
small onion
chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Beef gravy - jar or homemade
10
oz
frozen peas and carrots, cooked
Instructions
Mash potatoes with milk, butter and salt and pepper. Set aside.
Brown beef and onion in a skillet. Drain. Add gravy and veggies. Mix well.
Put meat mixture in an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan.
Spread mashed potatoes evenly on top.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
