Made this tonight and it was delicious. Husband approved. I did not see a baking temperature so used 350. It worked for me.

Joan – What kind of queso cheese do you use for the 6 points?

Hi Diane! I use the jar queso cheese from Aldi. You can also use the Tostito’s for the same points, I believe, I’m not sure though. The Aldi one is 2 tablespoons for 1 point. Hope that helps
