Ingredients
  

Simmer Pot I
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • Handful fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • water
Simmer Pot II
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 3 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • water
Simmer Pot III
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • water
Simmer Pot IV
  • 2 limes
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • handful fresh mint
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • water

Method
 

  1. Slice fruit, place in pot
  2. Add rest of ingredients
  3. Fill pot 3/4 full with water
  4. Bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer. Enjoy the scent!
  5. Keep an eye on the water and add more as needed.
  6. You can store in a jar in the fridge and use again - good for about 3 uses
