Peanut Butter Freeze Cups
Makes 56 mini cups
Ingredients
- 8 oz heavy cream, whipped stiff or a cool whip type food
- 8 Tbsp peanut butter powder or chocolate peanut butter powder
- 6 Tbsp water
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter powder and water.
- Fold into whipped cream
- Place liners in mini muffin tins. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in each cup.
- Top with 3 mini chips.
- Freeze until firm. Store in plastic bag in freezer
