Dog Biscuits
Yields approximately 60 biscuits using a 3 inch cookie cutter, and approximately 80-90 using a 2 1/2 inch cutter
Ingredients
- 2¾ cups whole wheat flour
- ½ cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 egg
- ½ cup vegetable OR canola oil
- 1 beef bouillon cube OR 1 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- ½ cup hot water
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended
- Knead dough for 2 minutes
- On floured surface, roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness
- Using cookie cutters of your choice, cut out biscuits
- Bake 25-30 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet
