Ingredients

pie crust or pizza dough of choice
16 oz cooked and shredded chicken breast
4 oz cream cheese
2 oz cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp half and half
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten

Method

Divide dough into 6 equal pieces
Mix remaining ingredients (EXCEPT egg).
Roll out each dough ball into a circle, about 5-6 inches
Equally divide filling between each portion of dough.
Bring up edges and seal to make a bundle.
Brush with beaten egg
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with gravy 🙂
