Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz raw broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 8 slices crisp bacon
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Break broccoli apart into bite size pieces, cutting off any hard stems
  • In a bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion - mix well
  • In another bowl, combine mayo, sugar and vinegar - mix well
  • Pour mayo mixture over broccoli mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
