Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 20 oz raw broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 8 slices crisp bacon
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- Break broccoli apart into bite size pieces, cutting off any hard stems
- In a bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion - mix well
- In another bowl, combine mayo, sugar and vinegar - mix well
- Pour mayo mixture over broccoli mixture and mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
