Beer Bread
Serves 12**this recipe is part of a gift series on my YouTube channel**
Ingredients
Beer Bread Mix
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp sugar
Additional ingredients
- 1 12 oz beer
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
To make mix
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
- Store in an airtight container if not using right away
To make bread
- Mix beer bread mix with beer. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix
- Spread in a greased loaf pan.
- Pour melted butter on top of dough
- Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350.
