
Joseph's Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp snipped chives
- 1/2 tsp instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups cubed potatoes, cooked
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir cheese to melt. Blend in milk. Stir in chives, onion and salt.
- Mash potatoes slightly with masher or fork.
- Add potatoes to cheese mixture and stir well.
- Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
