
Artichoke Chicken Pesto Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust of your choice, parbaked
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast
- 13 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Roll crust on a 12 inch pizza pan. Parbake for about 8 minutes
- Spread crust with pesto. Arrange chicken and artichokes over top; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until golden brown about 12 minutes.
- If desired top with grated parmesan cheese and chopped basil
