Do you buy canned beef gravy? Is it regular gravy or au jus? I am so happy I found you. I need to find family friendly recipes that are not all Mexican or chicken. I watched your video on the barbecue chicken wrap. The barbecue sauce is sold out by me. Is the barbecue dry rub a store bought item or is there a recipe. I just finished my 2nd week of WW. Thank you for all of your effort!
Yes! I just use canned beef gravy! And the rub recipe is on my website. It’s under “other”. You are using such a small amount of BBQ sauce, I think regular would be just fine without messing with points!
