Sausage Souffle

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 slices bread
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Instructions
 

  • Cook and crumble sausage

  • Cube bread
  • Mix all ingredients together, add sausage, mix.
  • Pour into a 9×13 pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until eggs are set
  • Can be made and refrigerated for up to 3 days ahead of baking
