Pineapple Delight (cocktail)
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 oz coconut rum
- pineapple chunk and/or maraschino cheery for garnish (optional)

Mix together pineapple juice and milk

Mix in rum

Fill glass of choice with crushed ice.
