Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs potatoes, washed, peeled and cubed (weighed after peeling)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash, peel, cube potatoes
- Put in pot, cover with water
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until tender
- Drain. Add butter, and mix with an electric mixer.
- Add salt, pepper and milk, mix until creamy.
- Weigh or measure entire amount and divide by 4 or 6 to get proper serving size.
