Cake

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix – prepared according to directions for 9×13 cake
  • OR
  • Favorite yellow cake recipe

Topping

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  1. Make cake. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

  2. While cake is baking, make topping

  3. In a medium bowl add all ingredients. Mix with hands/fingers until a wet crumb forms

  4. Remove cake from oven after 15 minutes. Sprinkle topping evenly on partially baked cake.

  5. Return cake to oven and bake another 15 to 25 minutes until cake tests down.

  6. Cool completely and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
