Breakfast Calzone

Ingredients
  

  • Pizza dough of choice
  • 8 eggs beaten, 1 Tbsp reserved
  • 4 slices Canadian Bacon chopped
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs, pour into pan heated over medium heat. Add Canadian bacon and cheese. Cook until just done.
  • Spray a piece of parchment paper with non stick spray. Roll out dough on parchment paper into a 6 inch circle/oval.
  • Put eggs on half of the dough. Bring top of dough over filling. Fold up bottom dough and seal.
  • Spray with olive oil spray or brush with a beaten egg.
  • Preheat oven to 375 and bake calzone about 10-12 minutes. Checking to see when it is golden brown.
  • You can use all different kinds of fillings – different meats, cheeses, veggies, etc.
