Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 Tbsp dried chives
- 1/4 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 Tbsp dried tarragon
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
Ranch Dressing (Makes 1 cup)
- In a large bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of buttermilk and 1 Tbsp Ranch Mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour. (can also sub greek yogurt for more mayo or sour cream)***to make your own buttermilk – take 1/2 cup of milk (I use 1%) and add 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp of white vinegar to the milk. Let sit 5-10 minutes. *** I never buy buttermilk anymore!
Ranch Dip (Makes 2 cups)
- Combine 2 Tbsp mix, 1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup greek yogurt and 1 cup sour cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. (can sub more mayo for greek yogurt)
