Deb’s Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Power Bites
Makes 34 power balls when you use a small scoop.
Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Using a small scoop (check my Amazon store front on the home page to see the one I use), scoop out 34 balls onto a cookie sheet lined with a silpat mat or wax or parchment paper. Place in fridge until solid. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
