Stir and Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla thoroughly
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Flatten slightly with greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar
  6. Bake 8-10 until barely browned.
